Killer is Dead seeing a global release

Kadokawa Games have announced the news that we’ve been waiting for, and all so soon! Plans for a worldwide release of Grasshopper Manufacture’s upcoming Killer is Dead have been solidified, and Deep Silver will be bringing the game to Europe.

" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen>er is Dead is a gorgeous tale set in the not-so-distant future where executioner Mondo Zapper must find heinous criminals scatted around the world and beyond and execute them, exacting violence with the Japanese sword he holds in his right hand, and his interchangeable weapon in his artificial arm on his left.

Alongside Mondo is the usual sexy lady; British Vivienne Squall, she is just one of countless unusual characters created by the mind of a mad-man, as the trailer may suggest there could be connections to the brilliant Killer 7 hidden within, but it is without a doubt that this is looking like one of the most stylish looking cel-shaded games out there for a while.

Killer is Dead is scheduled for a worldwide release during Summer 2013 on Xbox 360 and Playstation 3, thanks to Kadokawa Games and Deep Silver!
