Following on from the recent announcements of Splinter Cell Blacklist collector's editions Ubisoft have announced their collection of collector's editions that will be released for Assassin's Creed IV Black Flag.

Fans will be spoilt for choice if you've got the cash to splash, otherwise the expensive but not too expensive collector's editions aren't too bad, and as it's Assassin's Creed you know that Ubisoft will be putting a lot of effort into the quality of the items.

The Special Edition — exclusive to Game in the UK and Xtravision in Ireland - £49.99

This special edition will be available at the standard price and includes unlockable in-game content only available at game launch.

The Skull Edition - £59.99

Also to accompany the array of Collector's Editions, Ubisoft also released the first gameplay trailer for ACIV, showing off the various types of gameplay and of course what we can expect from the game itself, not just a CG trailer.

Assassin's Creed IV Black Flag is due for release on the 1st of November 2013 and will cost between £49.99-£119.99 depending on which edition you go for, but if you want the Black Chest Edition you may want to order it as soon as you can as they may sell out. Black Flag will be released on Playstation 3, Xbox 360, Windows, Nintendo Wii U and Playstation 4.
